Indiegogo, launched in 2007, is an international crowdfunding site where anyone can raise money for film, music, art, charity, small businesses, gaming, theater and more. Indiegogo charges 4% percent in fees on the total money you raise if you end up meeting your goal and 9% is you don’t.
The biggest difference between Indiegogo and Kickstarter is that on Indiegogo you can raise funds for just about anything, whereas Kickstarter is limited to creative projects.
